Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked appointment. For appointments cancelled on the same day, the company has the right to charge 50 % of the price of the booked service. For no-shows (appointments not cancelled), 75 % of the service price will be charged.
Cancellations, rescheduling and changes must be made by text message, through online booking, or by calling 044 520 7904. Please note that simply sending a message is not enough to confirm a cancellation! A cancellation, rescheduling or change is only valid once we have confirmed it to the customer.
Unpaid invoices will be transferred to debt collection.
