Information submitted via contact forms, course applications, gift card orders and reviews: name, phone number, email and message content. We also keep contact details and date of birth for booking customers, used for birthday discounts.
Data is used to respond to enquiries, process bookings and orders, deliver gift cards, send birthday discounts, and improve our service. We do not sell or rent data to third parties.
Data is kept as long as needed for the customer relationship or legal obligations (e.g. accounting), after which it is deleted or anonymised.
The site only uses strictly necessary cookies (e.g. to remember login state and language preference). We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
